Storefront cleaning (weekly or bi-weekly)
Sidewalk in front, entryway mats, gum removal, window ledges. Typical $75 to $175 per visit depending on frontage. Scheduled before business hours (4 AM to 7 AM).
Parking lot cleaning (quarterly or seasonal)
Surface rinse, oil spot treatment, gum removal at walkway crossings. $0.04 to $0.09 per sq ft. Scheduled overnight. We provide certificates of insurance to property managers on request.
Dumpster pads and corrals
Degreasing + sanitizing + odor neutralizer. $125 to $275 per pad. Health inspector paper trail available on request. Most restaurant accounts run monthly.
Fleet washing
Box trucks, landscaping fleets, contractor vans. $18 to $35 per vehicle on a monthly contract, $45 to $75 for one-offs. Biodegradable detergent, spot-free rinse available for dealership and showroom fleet.
Building exterior (annual)
Storefronts, medical offices, HOA clubhouses. Soft wash with biocide, rinse-down, window wipe. Priced per linear foot of frontage and building height. Quote provided after on-site walk.
What a real commercial crew provides
Certificate of insurance naming your LLC as additional insured, W-9 on file, scheduled invoicing (net 30 standard), before/after photos on every visit, and a single point-of-contact who answers the phone. If any of those are missing, you're dealing with a residential contractor moonlighting on commercial.
